Dear colleagues,
It is my great honor and pleasure, on behalf of the Macedonian Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology (MSACI), to welcome you to the Seventh Symposium of the Society, which will be held from September 12 to 14, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel – Skopje.
The symposium will be held together with the Association of General Medicine – Family Medicine (AGM-FM) due to the long-standing need for more intensive mutual cooperation. In everyday practice, there is a need not only for communication but also for close cooperation between general and family medicine doctors and clinical doctors, in the interest of our patients.
In addition to general and family medicine doctors, pulmonologists, allergologists, and all other related specialties whose daily activities are deeply intertwined with allergology and clinical immunology, such as pediatricians, internists, ENT specialists, immunologists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, and others, will participate in this symposium.
The main topics of the symposium are: immunization, the application of antibiotics in children and adults, pneumonia, allergic diseases, pulmonary thromboembolism, and dermatological diseases. Two panel discussions dedicated to asthma and COPD will be organized at this symposium, in which these diseases will be reviewed from different aspects.
The symposium continues the association’s long-standing tradition of informing the wider medical public about the latest recommendations in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous diseases that are jointly treated by the aforementioned specialties.
Also, at this symposium, colleagues will be able to exchange experiences on the latest scientific and professional achievements in the field of allergology and clinical immunology. I hope that this time, too, the seventh symposium of the association will meet your professional expectations.
Prof. Dr. Dejan Dokic
President of MSACI
Dear colleagues,
The Association of General-Family Medicine Doctors is pleased to announce that it will be part of the Seventh Symposium of the Macedonian Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology (MSACI), which will be held from September 12 to 14, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Skopje.
The decision for a joint event was made due to the need for deeper cooperation between family doctors and pulmonologists, with the aim of exchanging experiences and providing better care for our patients. This need arises from the increasing number of respiratory infections and air pollution in our country, which primarily affects patients with chronic lung diseases but also impacts the general population.
The main topics of the symposium are: immunization, the application of antibiotics in children and adults, pneumonia, allergic diseases, pulmonary thromboembolism, and dermatological diseases. There will be two panel discussions dedicated to asthma and COPD, where these diseases will be examined from different aspects.
The symposium is an opportunity to exchange experiences on pulmonary diseases between specialists and other professionals.
I am pleased to invite you and look forward to meeting you at the Seventh Symposium of the Macedonian Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology (MSACI).
Dr. Sci. Dragan Gjorgjievski
President of the Association of General-Family Medicine Doctors
Vice President of the European Union of General Practioners (UEMO)
